The Hive - Flooded Rooms - "Lucky Diver" Achievement/Trophy

After destroying the 3 mutants in the small hatchery, as shown in the previous section, jump in the water and use the 2 levers to open underwater doors on each side of this pool. The lever on the right opens the left door, and vice versa. If you're able to collect the next 11 items (5 in the south room, 6 in the north) without coming up for air, you'll unlock the "Lucky Diver" achievement/trophy. The diagram and screenshots below show one possible route.

Tread water above the left (south) door and save the game. Swim down through the door.

Pick up the Uzi ammo (35) just inside. Turn left, swim forward a bit, and pick up the next set of Uzi clips (36). Turn right, swim forward, and grab the large medi pack (37).

NOTE: For underwater sequences especially, I find that enabling Walk To Action in the Controls menu can be helpful. With this setting enabled, you don't need to position Lara as precisely. As long as she's close enough, if you hold Action, she'll automatically maneuver into position to pick up the item. You'll still want to get as close to each item as you can, to avoid wasting precious seconds.

Once you've grabbed the health pack, roll, then swim forward, then left.

Pick up more Uzi ammo (38), turn left, swim forward, then grab another set of Uzi ammo (39). That's the fifth item and the final one in this room.

Roll, then swim forward and a little to the right, then out through the door where you came in.

Do not surface if you want the achievement/trophy. Continue straight across the pool to the opposite door. Pick up the shotgun shells (40) sitting in the doorway.

Swim around the corner to the left and grab more shotgun shells (41).

Roll and swim forward, past the door where you just came in, and into the first alcove on the right.

Here you'll find more shotgun shells (42). Grab them and continue on to the next alcove, in the southeast corner.

Pick up more Uzi ammo (43) here.

Then roll and swim straight forward (north) to the large medi pack (44). Grab it...

...turn left, and swim straight on to the final pick-up, more Uzi ammo (45).

If you're fast, you'll have just enough air to get all 11 items, but not enough to reach the surface afterwards—at least not without burning through a bunch of health packs. So once you've unlocked the achievement, let Lara drown, reload, and go after the items again. This time, take as much time and as many breaths as you need.

In the far right (northeast) corner of the room behind the right door...

...there's another lever, which opens a door just below and to the left. Go through that door to emerge back at the large pool in the previous area.
