COMING EVENTUALLY. Meanwhile, the in-game menus should help. If you're using a controller for the PC game, the main menu includes a "Gamepad Controls" link that shows what all the buttons do.

I don't recommend using keyboard and mouse for this game, but if you do, the Options menu has a sub-menu called "Key Bindings" that lets you view and change the keyboard controls. There's also an option under Gameplay that lets you switch the keyboard movement controls from Cardinal (up/down/left/right) to Isometric (diagonal) movement when you press W/A/S/D.
